Boat Day Trips In Lombok

Join Lombok Boat Trips for daily private boat trips around Lombok’s lush south coast.

We operate out of Kuta Beach in the heart of Kuta town, which is located in the centre of Lombok’s stunning south coast.

We offer full day trips with a precise itinerary, or you can charter our boat and tell us where you would like to go, when you would like to go and when you would like to return, or you can ask us questions and let us give you advise on where to go and what to see.

Here are our most popular pre-made packages:

Selong Belanak Beach Daytrip

Visit one of Lombok’s most beautiful beaches. This sheltered cove is picture perfect with a curved powdered white sand beach. The small waves and perfectly clear turquoise waters are great for children. The beach itself has a local restaurant, small shop, and one western food cafe but is otherwise underdeveloped.

Selong Belanak Beach

A trip to Selong Belanak is a day to remember!

Our boat trip here leaves at 10am from Kuta Bay, and takes around 60 minutes to reach Selong Belanak.W e wait while you enjoy the beach and swim and return to Kuta before 3pm for a total journey time of 4-5 hours.

Selong Belanak is our most popular destination and we recommend it is a beach that everyone should see in south Lombok – with it’s white power sand, quiet atmosphere, gentle breaking waves it truly is paradise ( it is also underdeveloped with no properties or buildings on the beachfront)

Selong Belanak Beachfront

Looking east down Selong Belanak’s empty white sand beach

Its an especially nice trip for families with younger children because of the shorter journey time and easy journey and you can enjoy sunbathing, swimming, surfing (it’s perfect for beginners to learn and surf in safety), and snorkeling (we can provide the snorkels) – it is perfect for children.

Tanjung Aan Beach Daytrip

Tanjung Aan is the jewel of Lombok’s south east coastline. It is an almost impossibly beautiful, isolated bay in the southeast.

A giant bay with endless white sand beach and crystal clear turquoise waters. As yet this beach still remains undeveloped with only a couple of local “warungs” (restaurants) on the beachfront.

Tanjung Aan Beach

Tanjung Aan beach, the jewel of Lombok’s south coast

Usually this beach is calm and quiet and perfect for swimming, occasionally if the ocean swell is bigger then there is some surfing possible here which can be watched from the beach – or is safe to surf for beginners and intermediates.

This bay has some snorkeling, and has wild sea turtles towards the west corner (towards Turtle Warung)

Our boat trip here leaves at 10am from Kuta Bay, takes around 20-30 minutes to reach Tanjung Aan and we wait while you enjoy the beach and swim and return to Kuta before 3pm for a total journey time of 4 hours.

We highly recommend a trip to Tanjung Aan to everyone, but it is an especially nice trip for families with younger children because of the shorter journey time and easy journey.

Mawun Beach Daytrip

Mawun is a really unique beach, it is sheltered from the open ocean and the bay is a sort of secluded pear shape. The beach itself is always very quiet – you might just be the only people there.

Mawun Beach

Local children playing on Mawun beach

A huge tree is the center piece for the beach where there is an incline down to the water’s edge. The beach is clean and has a rustic, raw feel to it.  A little off the usual tourist trail (for now), but under the right conditions there is a surf break in the right corner which can be a great wave when it is working.

Big tree at mawun beach

Relax in the shade of the big tree in the centre of the beach.

Our boat trip to Mawun leaves at 10am from Kuta Bay, takes around 30-40 minutes to reach Mawun and we wait while you enjoy the beach and swim and return to Kuta before 3pm for a total journey time of around 4 hours.

Long view of Mawun Beach

A view down the golden-white sand at Mawun beach

A nice way to enjoy a trip to Mawun is to add on a stop at Air Guling on the way for a surf first – then when you are tired, continue on to relax on Mawun beach and take in the breath-taking rugged scenery before returning to Kuta for a big meal of fresh seafood from Bule, or organic veggies at Ashtari!
